These are two things, but I love sweet potato pudding (my family has southern roots) and yeast rolls. One time I microwaved them together when I was having leftovers and the sweet potatoes kinda ran into the rolls, and now I eat them together on purpose cause it’s such an elite combo. But I’ll even just eat the sweet potatoes straight out of the fridge.
The way I make them is I mash them up with butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, and white sugar and then I put them on a bed of graham crackers, top with marshmallows and bake them. They’re basically like a dessert and so so good
