Mrsilke:
Hey all, I've posted a thread before but lowkey got blasted on it. So to summarize that my gf and I have been dating for a few months now and she wants me to be a bit bigger. She says she wants me to be wider and she wants to feel small (she is a bit thicker, not fat by any means though). I am taller but I came into this relationship around I'd say 135-140ish pounds and now I am up to 165. I honestly barely see a difference. Maybe I've widened out a tiny bit and I can see some pudge on my belly but I am not really "chubby" (being that lanky can't really see it). When I first met her she said she'd like if I was bigger, and I was initially confused but after talking for a little bit about it, she's come out and says she wants me to be muscle chub and heavier set, and to widen out. I am about to start hitting the gym again, just been really busy with college classes and all that. What can I do to maximize weight gain to get that muscle chub physique? Thanks for tips if you have any. I can the and answer any questions.

In the picture you posted on here you look pretty thin. The good news is, that can be changed. If you’re serious about putting on muscle and fat, the easiest way to do it is to reverse engineer fitness apps. The easiest one for me is MyFitness Pal.
Just put in your goal weight and the app will help you track your calories to make sure you’re always in a surplus. You can also add your workouts to make sure your replacing the calories you burn when your lifting. It’s always great to see someone looking to joint the muscle chub community, welcome!
