Every time I try it gets stuck on processing. Using a new I phone to make the recording. Any ideas why it gets stuck processing

11 mg as I say just recorded and tried to upload. Happy to try shrinking the size if you let me know how

That’s pretty big. I’d suggest googling whatever software you’re using and find out the best way to compress a video for web streaming. MP4 is a pretty standard format. You can make it shorter, too. Most videos on here are probably 15-30 seconds. Longer than that is rare.
