Add heavy cream to your diet. I recommend mixing it with chocolate milk.

Can I ask how you're gaining weight now? I've personally ordered a gainer and mixed it with milk, but I haven't seen much results. Previously, I tried mixing dry puree with peanut butter, and it actually worked.

I’ve been just doing a home made gainer shake thats made of half n half veggie oil, sugar, pb2 & some meal replacement in a 16 oz shaker bottle & it’s about 1,000 calories & I do 2 a day . Also been drinking a few beers a day to hopefully promote weight gain in my belly. Other than that I’ve just been eating what I want, snacking more & doing some mini stuffings a couple times a week

ive just been adding more food to my plate than i normally would, eating alot of dairy/starch or adding extra meat. been doing some small dirty bulking but i hate just eating junk food. i'll try the dry puree n peanut butter

the shake sounds interesting, i'll give it a try and what's considered a meal replacement?
