A funnel gag is probably the easiest to use solo. The more comfortable method is to find a tower lamp or mic stand and purchase a ring stand (for chemist labs) large enough to nest a funnel. Insert soft flexible tubing and clamp to the funnel and insert a ball valve on the final foot of the tube for easy on/off operation. Bon appetit

If you have like a towel hook/rack attatched to your door at all you could use that. I have one on my bedroom door and i just use a bit of yarn/string to tie the funnel to it. My tube is long enough that i can sit in my desk chair while using it, or kneel if I loosen the strings.

As for mixtures, I typically do a family pack of cook&serve pudding mix (regular stuff thickens too fast to use), a pint of ice cream, and then half whole milk, half heavy cream (or coffee creamer). It usually makes just under 64oz depending on how much liquid you add to thin it out.
