Extreme obesity

I am interested in the dynamic of when you need help from others to be your size or to get bigger. As a single person I am looking at that consideration currently. Is it possible to have this with others that is not a dependent or co-dependent situation. And not a purely fetish arrangement as well. Why feeling is no, but am asking anyway.

How should that be "organized"? "We" are kind of next door neighbor helping out each other?

Thanks for mentioning such an arangement can't be fetish only. There should be a kind of regular relationship too!
