I will make a weight gain cookbook!

Yes, that's right, I want to create a cookbook focused on feederism for weight gain!

"But why? Isn't it just about finding high-calorie foods and making them?" What's the fun in that?

I'm going to make a few editions: one with savory recipes, another with sweets, another with fried foods, and another with shakes! What do you think?

And before you ask why I'm posting this here without publishing the book, it's simple: I need help! I'm not a cook, I'm fat, I like to eat, not to create dishes, haha!

If you have recipes for weight gain, please send them to me so I can create the books! I'll try to include at least 20 recipes in each.

And of course, since our community is very small, I don't think it's fair for me to charge for any of this, especially since you (I hope) will help me create this book.

So, after creating them, I'll publish the PDF of each one here. What do you think???

I will make a weight gain cookbook!

I think writing a weight gaining cook book is and excellent idea! Part of writing a book is figuring out your format. You already listed sweets, shakes and fried foods, but there could be a snack section. Foods you can keep around you to boost your calorie gains.

Also, not all the people here know where to begin and have trouble with gradually increasing the caloric intake. Perhaps you could break down the sections with Beginner Gainers (food items to add slowly for those who eat between 2000 and 3000 calories a day). Items for Moderate Gainers ( for those who eat 3000-4000 daily calories, and Super Gainers (those who consume 4000 to 5000 calories a day.

Sample breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks menus for each catagory. Maybe get some advice or quotes from very effective gainers.

Also, a list of common fattening foods and their calories. Example - Fried Chicken Thigh - 300 calories. Example - 1/4 cup Heavy Cream - 205 calories.

Good luck and let me know if I can help you.

I will make a weight gain cookbook!

It's less of a weight gain recipe, but a n old recipe of the oven Sparerips my dad makes. It's an Austrian Recipe from the Heart of Salzburg from a little restaurant in the dales of the alps, long gone, around the 80s. I'll ask my father for the exact spices but the basic is a metal tray for the oven, the ribs spiced the day before with salt, pepper garlic and something else I'll come back to. Niw herevs the kick: The cut onions and the potatoes are all in there at the same time, they pick up the fat and juice the ribs let out, caramelised onions to taste explosion and fat. If that's in the kind of recipe you seek, tell me and I'll ask my father.

I understand perfectly and I really intend to include categories like "beginner, intermediate, and advanced," obviously it won't be exactly like that, but just to give an example.

However, I wanted to do something different from typical cookbooks that have breakfast, lunch, and dinner sections, maybe just adding a note like "good time to eat: Dinner/lunch" or something like that.

Another thing, this book is specifically designed to counter muscle-gain recipes; does it help with weight gain? Yes, but I want something original, like "from fat to fat," not something that's used in one way but also It works differently.

It will be a book entirely focused on weight gain, with 3 different books (I cancelled the frying one, it's easier to just add more recipes): one book only of savory recipes, another only of sweets, and another only of shakes!

Of course, it will take a long time because I intend to do it right, something well done, tested and approved with photos and tips.
