Is everyone all prepped and ready for their Christmas dinners?

I have been really unprepared this year and still don't have everything in. Currently I have box of mince pies, the big chocolate tubs (celebrations, roses, quality street and heroes - its rude not to have one of each) some Mr Kipling Christmas cake bars and that's it!!!!

I am going to have to pop to the shops toinight and actually try and grab everything for the actual dinner, some nice cheese and crackers, and some savoury snacks. Although I am feeling a little stressed leaving it last minute has been a bad choice, which really has been unintentional, just been ill or busy these past few weeks!

Anyway I hope everyone is more organised than me and not stressing out too much over their festive feasts!!!!

Happy to be splitting the dinner prep with someone else, so I'm only responsible for mashed potatoes, rolls, apple pie and chocolate pudding. Of course I have cheese and crackers. Cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning and little chocolates for throughout the day!

Got a 10-lb. caramel-glazed ham in the freezer and ready to start thawing tomorrow morning. Sides include some sort of pasta dish that wifey is making, plus sides and desserts and cakes being brought by the guests. It shall be a filling Christmas as always 👍😉

I am planning to do a seafood themed dinner. Eventually I will purchase the salmon from Costco and whatever bread they have. I found a recipe for honey garlic salmon and it looks pretty good!

My side dish is going to be seafood alfredo pasta. We already have some left over frozen shrimp and mussels that my sister used for the Korean army stew weeks ago.

Maybe I will also make some Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies!
