My girlfriend likes to have sex when she is really stuffed but it's true as well that I need to be very careful to not make her vomit. Sometimes when she really overdo it, we need to wait for a while as she is really struggling and need to rest.
In most case she is laying in her side, we are spooning and I'm playing with her booties(Intergluteal sex) and fingering her vulva, watching out of her belly.

Yeah, it's not so easy to have sex, if you are completely stuffed.
I'm very lazy and sleepy when I'm stuffed and at first I need to sleep and the later I can have Sex.
But somehow I'm hornier when I'm really hungry and when I'm eating while having sex

There's certainly a fine line between being overstuffed and too stuffed for sex. What my girlfriend has done in the past is to give her belly time to chill then chug a soda to bloat herself up again as we're having sex. It recreates the look and feel of an overstretched bouncy ball for me with less of the discomfort on her end.
