My girlfriend likes to have sex when she is really stuffed but it's true as well that I need to be very careful to not make her vomit. Sometimes when she really overdo it, we need to wait for a while as she is really struggling and need to rest.

There's certainly a fine line between being overstuffed and too stuffed for sex. What my girlfriend has done in the past is to give her belly time to chill then chug a soda to bloat herself up again as we're having sex. It recreates the look and feel of an overstretched bouncy ball for me with less of the discomfort on her end.

Honestly depends on the person or the general feeling when stuffed. Sometimes I am super horny stuffed and crave sex. The feeling of being to my bursting point while also getting a "sweet release" or another "stuffing" feels amazing as I'm there breathless and aching.
