Creamy Steak & Mushroom Ravioli
Salted butter black pepper fresh hand minced garlic and lots of it minced shallot and green onion two packs of fresh button mushrooms sliced thin, couple pinches of salt saute all that up until golden and cooked through.
Remove onions and mushroom mix to a bowl do not drain. Keep the butter and seasoning that's left in the pan. Cube up 3-4 steaks or u can slice up a small roast into bite size cubes. Add salted butter half stick with tons of black pepper, garlic I mean fresh minced lots of it and red pepper flakes onion powder, pinch of salt
Cool until medium well and tender
Forgot to mention but also cook two bags of frozen cheese ravioli
Remove the steak leaving the juices and seasons add 2tbsp of salted butter stir that around once it's melted sprinkle in a quarter up of flour stirring around watching it darken cooking that flour taste out and absorbing the seasonings making a rue. From then add heavy cream or half and half probably 1- 1 1/2 large cartons stir to thicken. Add in your mushrooms and onion mix stirring the the steak let summer. Taste test your sauce. If it needs more of something mentioned before add it. Cut up the green ends of the green onion throw them in for color.
Gently stir in ravioli
Add one bag of italian cheese blend if desired not required
Serve when heated
Serve with shaved parmesan on top
