I just made a soup with potatoes, carrots, kidney beans, flavour with stock, curry, chicken noddles, red curry paste, add sour cream if you like. You can eats a lot of soup easy, and this has a lot of carbohydrates for calories. I also do stews, rice dishes, with meats and other vegetables and carbohydrates. It's a bit like a Sumo diet on top of regular foods.
