Weight gain and health

Hi all,
I am wondering what do others do when they want to gain weight and a lot of it but it could make chronic illnesses hard to control. I know it is risky to keep going but it is also something deep inside me. I am male fedee and I have a female feeder. We both want to get me to extreme weights but also concerned for my health. Most of what I have could be completley reversed if I did lose weight and exercise but I really don't want to. Anyone else have this conflict? How do you work through it?

Weight gain and health

I used to be in a LDR with a man from states away years ago. Of course, I was more of an encourager than a feeder. Around the end of December he reached his goal of 400 pounds. However, he had trouble trying to get out of bed and other health issues I don't remember. He claimed to have had visceral fat issues in the past. Don't know if age means anything but he was near his forties. Used to be skinny and athletic.

Yea visceral fat is the type all men gain. That ks one difference between men’s biology and female biology. Men carry all there visceral fat around the organs. This is the type of fat men burn off quickest. It was a place to store energy from our ancient hunter and gathers but often be heavy is my guess, because food can be hit or miss! Unfortunately that type of fat still grows on men which can cause more health issues compared to woman who have more subcutaneous fat to protect their bodies for when they become pregnant! At least that is what I have learned over the years!

Make the decision that's best for you and make it by yourself. I know you have a female feeder but ultimately it is your body and people come and go from your life. She will have her boundaries too.

Yes I know and we are supportive of each other and she will respect my decision as I would respect her boundaries which makes us a great couples and one she could be the one! We have an awesome relationship outside of feederism which makes me feel confident we’re in it for the long run!

Hi, I have fat supportive doctor, hard to find, but he knows I am a gainer and he monitors me for warning signs. So far no metabolic issues, I have good blood pressure, echocardiogram is normal, getting a calcium scan to check on artery health. I think this important to have medical science monitor you, and ensure you get timely medication and advice. Every person is different another’s lived experience is not really relevant. My relative good health is because of my genetics, weight and exercise history, diet, type and weight distribution and other factors. My main issues is breathing or getting out of breath easy when walking. So I since I had that medical support and some dietary knowledge I know I am gaining as safely as I reasonably can. So I trust in that process and just enjoy growing.

How have you dealt with doctors who are taken back by gainerism?

You can't assume you can always lose it. I know of at least 2 people who are over 600 pounds, and one of them just planned to gain 50 pounds and stop (she was average weight). It's not a matter of willpower, it is a matter of your body dealing with the new normal and unable to reverse itself.

This very true. You get up to those sizes and it’s is very tough to lose weigh because you live a different norm than you did before you kept gaining. That is a turn on for me. To get so fat I can’t even think about reversing direction.
Johnxyz mentioned about the one person who was only going to gain 50lbs and got up to 600lbs from average size goes to show two things once you get to a certain point there is no going back
And also how addictive this lifestyle is, I am already addicted to the lifestyle!

I have only really been having those weight loss conversations currently.. CurrentlyI have lost a lot of weight due to meds that suppress my appetite and me forgetting to set the alarm to remind me to eat which has caused a significant weight loss in about 6 months I am getting compliments about how
Much I lost and healthier I look and then I tell them it’s because the meds, they react positively saying that the side effect is good because I am losing weight even though it’s not in a healthy way. It did not matter how I lost the weight , just that I did and then started to offer me GPl-1 so I can lose even more by doubling appetite suspension on me.
