Hey all! Figured since it is January it could be fun to reflect on our favorite stuffings of 2025.
For me it was taking down 3 lobster and most of a whole rotisserie chicken. I bought 3 live lobster from the grocery store and then took them home to cook them. The guy who sold them to me gave me a look like he knew what I was about to do. One of the lobster made a futile attempt to fight back. (He was the tastiest 🤣) In a span of about 2 hours those lobster went from swimming in the tank to digesting in my belly. I then decided to keep my feast going and decided to keep my gluttony alive by ordering a smoked Peruvian chicken on DoorDash. I devoured all of the limbs and most of one breast before heading off to bed. It was so satisfying going to sleep with 4 prey digesting in my belly. I woke up still feeling stuffed and bloated from all the meat. I ended up polishing off the rest of the bird for an early lunch and took a nice nap and reflected on my gluttony.
It was an expensive feast, but so worth it! Would like to do something similar again soon
