Going swimming when you've gained weight!

Swimming is so much more fun when you’re fat because you float so well. A few years ago, I put on about 40 pounds and it was fun seeing people react to my growing body at the pool.

The water has alway made me feel better. So bath are a go to especially in the winter with my intense arthritis. Now I float and the tub is so small. We hope to build on some day and get a bigger tub.


My husband has a sleeper build someone called it so he is small. When he is shirtless you can see his six pack a bit. In comparison I look pergnant in any swimsuit. Once I am I told him we are have a moon cattion even to michigan so I can do a beach pregnancy photo shoot.

Plus then snack on the beach time and the typical large hat.

Moderate swimming in a warmer pool is ideal for fattys so stay aktiv.
Your weight is supported by the water so u also burn less calories.
I also experience a lot of hunger after swimming.
So I would say it is the ideal feedee workout.

I love the feeling of being in the water and my fat buoying me up. Jogging in shallow water and my belly jiggling up and down.

Floating forwards my legs float up behind me rather than down as my huge rear and thigh fat buoys me up.

I consider my big belly as a built-in flotation device. So relaxing to float on my back, can also float standing up which is so hot too!
