Well, a little bit of an update in case anyone is curious. I took the advice I got here and went to the doc to get it checked out. They basically said it was mostly cosmetic and the easiest thing to do is to lose weight. Not exactly what I want to hear, of course.

Still curious if anyone else has dealt with this and if gaining more has been a problem?
