Well, you're on the edge of being able to get clothing easily. Next size up, you need to really search for clothing, and stores.

Woman Within has great size selection with impressive stretch. Their sizes run completely different than Torrid for example. A Size 5x would probably be an 8x

I'm from the UK not many stores cater for people over a size 2xl I have been using shein and a clothing brand called YOURS which stocks up to a UK size 40

I totally understand. I'm afraid I do not know of a UK option like WomanWithin. Maybe there is one though.
