What are some habits you've build to help your gaining journey

One of the habits I am beginning to build is eating a nice meal before bed.

The second habit is keep snacks around and mindlessly eat them throughout the day.

Third habit is drinking my calories vs eating my calories goal. Drinking the calories helps sooo much when it comes to achieving the daily calorie intake.

Those are solid habits, man. I'm deep into my own journey of becoming a massive, and honestly, the biggest game-changer for me has been intentional overstretching.

for example when if i am finish an insane meal (like yesterday night!). I’m sitting here feeling like a total balloon, but instead of loosening my belt to get comfortable, I’m leaning into the pressure. I’ve made it a habit to keep my pants tight so I can feel my gut fighting against the denim. That constant squeeze on my waist is the best reminder that I’m actually expanding.

also, even when I’m stuffed with savory food like pizza or steak, I’ll force down a heavy almond or butter pastry. It’s that extra 500-800 calories when you’re already at your limit that really forces your body to pack on the mass.

Also, I’ve stopped fighting the 'food coma.' I embrace the heavy breathing and the waddle. I want my body to realize that its only job right now is to sit still and turn those thousands of calories into soft, hanging fat. Once your brain gets hooked on the feeling of being too big for your clothes and too heavy to move, you just naturally start craving that next session of being stuffed senseless.

For me it’s been staying consistent with a 1,000 calorie daily surplus. I will go above that a few times a week. But if i push my body too far too often I tend to burn out. I make sure to have a variety of snacks at hand near the couch, use a lot of heavy cream in cooking & have a 1000 calorie home made gainer shake that’s 16 oz to help on lean days. I eat a bit past full all the time & binge on occasion & that tempo has worked well for me.

I like to eat big at the start of the day so that I can easily achieve my surplus by the end of it.

What are some habits you've build to help your gaining journey

When I started my weight gain journey at eight years old, I started to eat a lot; even when I wasn’t hungry. By the time school started in the fall, I was already chubby. To me, I was gaining weight on purpose; because I always wanted to be fat. By then, my belly started hanging over my waistband; as my shirts were getting smaller. I was the only one in the family that was overweight.

For most of my week, I generally do not have breakfast or lunch, just a meal in the afternoon that can be average to big. I general may do a stuffing once on a weekend once a month. I am.not active at all, only the pool once or twice a week. I think skipping meals slow my metabolism then my meals add more weight..recently I have an over then under active thyroid this can help you gain..

When I am hungry and in the mood to get some extra fat on me, I will line up three or more meals, shakes, multiple plates or bowls. Plus snacks and desserts. I like to weigh myself and reach 5 to 6 lbs during the days.

I always get in the car with a good sized snack….. Or leave the grocery store with an item within reach to eat on the way home…..A box 6 donuts is often a good companion🍩 .
