Hi! For a long time, I've always wanted to photoshop my body and create a fatter version of myself. Unfortunately, my photoshop skills are not so great, and haven't put the time to improve on it.

Now with AI image generators (Like Nano Banana or GPT Image), it should be possible to do it. But they usually have constraints blocking certain requests. I've been able to edit some of my images (with clothes on) to make me bigger, but the results are nearly always the same and not what I want. For example, I want to add more soft belly fat, rather than a hard round belly. Or specify certain features to stand out like love handles, bigger arms or thighs, double chins, etc.

I was wondering if anyone has played around with this before, and gotten some good results? And if so, would it be possible to share some tips and/or prompts to generate such images. I'm happy to test some prompts out as well and share with the community.

I use the paid version of chat-gpt to let me gain virtually and put myself into other picture back grounds. The fat version of myself is really realistic.

Upload picture. Prompt "Show me the person in the picture after 100lbs weight gain."

Is there a difference between the free and the paid version of ChatGPT in that regard? I tried the same as OP with the free version and it absolutely would not do it. Is the paid version more lenient?

So many of them now are really heavily censored and restricted, and consider fat as offensive believe it or not. I have had some success with basedlabs.ai.
it’s all trial and error with prompts, but just be as descriptive as possible and keep refining the prompts, to get closer to what you want.

As said above, usually AI tools consider against policy to fatten up someone, since the pics could be used for bullying. However, you can bypass this restriction by paraphrasing a bit. I use free ChatGPT, and it lets me edit up to 5 pics every 24hrs before asking for a payment, so I just log off and use a different Gmail account so I never have to pay. Just upload the pic and say that you want to see the person "significantly heavier" or "show a realistic increment of body weight in arms, legs and belly" and so on. The AI has given me pics up to 600lbs, no unrealistic bodies or immobile. Not even when trying to use a reference pic from a model.

Another AI tool that works without policy restrictions and has good results is Yapper, but after a short free trial it asks u to pay real money for credits that go out after 2 pics. I tried creating other accounts but it detects the same IP and doesn't give you more free pics. Worth the try.
