i absolutely love the idea of being a sadistic caretaker for a deathfat. i would keep him or her just barely within the realm of their comfort level - would they want to still go to work, or wfh? what kind of mobility aids do they need? do they need my help bathing? what kind of sex positions are we limited to? ohhh, and that delicious full belly after i feed them a big luxurious meal, with appetizers, sides, desserts, something over the top, all their yummy favorites like always, because that's how i show my love. oh my god, my heart is racing. love love love this.

Death feedism definitely can be a fun fantasy but a serious reality. Only part take when both sides know the risks vs rewards, and are fully planned out.

Agree with so much of what’s been written here. Is it something I’d want to live out irl (or potentially even participate in)??? Honestly, not sure. There is discernment to be done.

BUT — does the idea of being a sadistic, manipulative feeder and exploiting a feedee into gaining hundreds of pounds of fat make me unreasonably horny? Yeah, it does. I love how much of it is helping someone give in to their worst impulses & lose themselves in a the feedist feedback loop — eat, get fat, get effects of being fat, get horny, get hungrier, eat more, etc etc etc. add some emotional manipulation, some sadistic dom/sub dynamics, health issues, and mobility loss? 🥵
