I can’t word it much better than that, so i too nominate @C00kie, for the same reasons and the honor of having been able to work with her as a mod (when i was in a situation to do that).

It's OK for someone to be nominated more than once - it's the member with the most nominations that wins. So you can nominate as [m]any people as you like, but no duplicate nominations.
I interpret this to mean that a member such as myself can nominate more than one person, as long as i don’t repeat anyone myself. On that basis, i also nominate @tubslug, for her thoughtful posts, impressive fattening journey, and fun/relevant user name.
