I can't really do it while sitting anymore. Most of my penis is coated in fupa, and I can't reach down and around my gut and fupa comfortably. Pushing on it gets the job done, but I usually just lay down instead.

Can it be done in the normal sense? No it can’t. You gotta kind of learn new ways. Or if your horny enough. You can do it with just motion.
