Okay I don't think this is a particularly hot take, not even lukewarm but generative AI makes the experience here substantially worse. I frequent stories often and its just piles of stolen regurgitated garbage. Ideally AI would be banned and purged but an option to atleast try and filter it out would be nice.

Hey staff can we get some thoughts on this? There is a growing concern over this type of machine being used here as well.

I would like it on the report button, to try to get rid of this plague, both ai and photo manipulation (photoshopped images).

Generative ai doesn't belong on social networks, especially on body positive social networks.

I would love for gen ai to be removed from this site too, but given even the admins use it for promotional pieces, I have a feeling they won't ban ai.

i would tend to agree, i am not at all interested in a.i. content. some people like it, so i would understand why the site's management might not want to ban it outright.

i would ask that there be a requirement to tag it, though, so that it can be filtered out by we users who want to avoid it.

Tag for AI would be good. Also pictures, videos & stories should always said that they were made using AI if it was used to create them.

AI stories and art are garbage imo. I agree on having a way to at least filter them out, but would prefer they be removed completely considering most of it is built on stealing real peoples work

Let real artists in the community shine and hide the AI slop unless someone specifically wants to see it

AI has degraded most of the computer experiences. Obvious garbage that does not follow basic laws of physics, with comments indicated this trash is real, has ruined it for me.
