i can only share my view, as I’ve been gaining weight, I’ve definitely noticed my legs getting much heavier and thicker, and that tired feeling is real. It’s a bit of a trade-off because I love the massive look and the solid feel of my thighs filling out, but the pressure on the lower legs can get intense.
from my experience, elevation is the most effective thing. I try to keep my legs up for at least 20 minutes a few times a day; it really helps move that fluid back and takes the 'stinging' pressure off the ankles.
but don't overlook hydration. It sounds backward, but drinking more water actually helps your body flush out the excess sodium that causes the buildup in the first place. I’ve started being more mindful of my salt intake while keeping my calories high, and it’s made the 'heavy leg' feeling much more manageable and less painful.
There's something incredibly satisfying about looking down and seeing how much more space my legs take up now, but you’ve got to take care of the circulation so you can keep growing comfortably
