Hi, if you check the other thread you made, we already gave you advice about orexigenic medications. There are basically no OTC orexigenic medications.

All orexigenic substances are pretty heavy on effecting the brain. The only thing marginally accessible or safe is cannabis, and YMMV on its orexigenic properties.

I understand the frustration but as they say, "Rome wasn't built in a day."

It won't be overnight. Meanwhile, enjoy the process.
