I was wondering, for anyone who was thin that got fat, at what point did your appetite start to get out of hand? Did you have to push it to a certain point and when did it eventually spiral out of control (if it did)?
I've gained like 65 pounds and am overweight now, not quite obese yet. For someone who used to have a low-appetite, I've definitely formed some habits that have stuck in regards to eating more & more food. I find myself constantly clearing the pantry and ordering delivery late at night. What used to be a "stuffing" is now just a Tuesday. I think that I get hungrier than before if I don't eat.
