Can anyone give some good advice on how to handle a company not coming thru on what’s been promised verbally? Bathroom having walk in shower put in w extortionate expense because of declining health in future n made it clear I wanted same toilet because not all toilets are created equal and now have a much lower n much smaller bowl toilet n the guys putting it in just say this is the only toilet they carry. And of course can’t get a call back from original salesman. West Shore Home is company.

The verbally part might make it difficult to prove. But you could try contacting the Better Business Bureau. You could try taking him to small claims court and hope they rule in your favor and get your money back and if that’s the case I’d look into another contractor cause this guy sounds very shady

All has worked out in my favor. I guess the salesman did come thru with remembering what he promised. Thank you for response.
