For the first time ever I just mindlessly ate a entire large pizza all to myself I was shocked at how much I could eat!

Did the same thing yesterday. It’s sexy how portion sizes just keep getting larger and u remind yourself this isn’t normal or possible for most ppl.

My replacement metal chair started creaking yesterday after I finished which I took as a sign of growth and victory lol

Great progress! I dream of the day I can do that with an extra large but for now I can only do it with a 12 inch medium
