Extreme obesity

Wannabe immobile feedee here. I fantasize about how I eventually want to go. I don’t want it to be my heart. That’s too ordinary. I want it to be my lungs. I want my fat to slowly make it harder to breathe even on oxygen. Finally I want my weight to crush my lungs and I take my last gasp and go. I’m not sure this is possible though. Anyone heard of it happening?

Usually its not the lungs directly that get crushed but rarher the weight on the abdomen stops the diaphragm from moving
