When did you start noticing you were plateaued, and what have you been doing currently?
Once your body decides on a set point, it really does try to stay there. Just need to find a way to disturb the metabolic equilibrium enough to move the set point up. I mean the obvious answer is just eat more, but you could try crash dieting for a few days with very low calorie intake. Then resume eating in a surplus. That can sometimes disrupt things enough to make your body want to hold onto the extra.

Sweetened condensed milk is a great and cheap way to add fattening calories. A 11 ounce can of Eagle or Carnation is around 1500 calories. If they have it at Dlollar Tree it would be $1.50 .Not as good as Heavy Cream but close enough. Also Dollar Tree would have cheap cookies and pasta dishes. Another hack is white bread and butter or margarine on both sides.

Half and half cream is also a good addition for gaining, and usually a bit less pricey than heavy cream.

i think you are on the right track regarding changing the routine. those suggestions would probably work.
if that seems like too much effort, or too unpleasant, small disruptions could have a similar effect. try snacking more throughout the day. have a bigger meal later at night. or add an extra meal just before bed.
