I never really thought of them as exactly discrete categories and it's assuredly different for different people anyway even at the same height.
I personally think of supersize as a term that describes people who are so fat that it affects many aspects of their day-to-day life and the way they exist in physical spaces.

At 5-11 and 205, I wouldn’t be a bhm. I just have a big ball belly :-) But my wife, at 5-2 and 353, would be a ssbbw. She is lusciously fat pretty my much everywhere 👍
