i think all of us who gain a lot of weight wish the distribution of fat went to different places. i, too, would have preferred to have grown bigger moobs. i met another 400+ lb fellow at a local meet a couple of years ago, and honestly i was jealous of his huge chest.
sadly, moob growth is mostly genetic and the result of the ratio of testosterone and estrogen.
this article references a specific person who may have caused his breast growth because of daily flaxseed oil - but it isn't something you want, his case was a tumour (non-cancerous):
