anyone else been struggling to upload videos to the platform for the last week? the video uploading but stalling at the processing stage at 0 percent?

Using a phone takes a long time. I use a Chromebook and it doesn't take as long read this why a laptop is better www.clrn.org/why-is-phone-vs-laptop-internet-speed-different/

I'm actually uploading from my laptop, so it shouldn't be doing that. Also it's not taking forever it straight up isn't uploading. From mobile or chrome on my laptop

For some users the upload progress bar is currently failing to display correctly. However, the video is still uploading in the background, and uploads are continuing to work as expected.

We are aware of the issue and are currently investigating it. Although the upload progress percentage is not being displayed, the video should continue uploading in the background as normal.

If you are uploading a larger video file, the process may take some time to complete. Please leave the page or browser tab open and allow the upload to continue. Once the upload has finished, you will automatically be taken to the next step, where you can select a thumbnail and publish the content for others to view on the site.

Please let us know if you experience any further issues.
