Can anyone give some good advice on how to handle a company not coming thru on what’s been promised verbally? Bathroom having walk in shower put in w extortionate expense because of declining health in future n made it clear I wanted same toilet because not all toilets are created equal and now have a much lower n much smaller bowl toilet n the guys putting it in just say this is the only toilet they carry.
