I've been trying to gain weight faster for a while, god chose to give me fast metabolism and strict parents, so i figured that making gainer shakes to drink while outdoors could be the best way, tho i have no idea what and how to make some, because:
1) since my parents work from home, i can't use the blender (but i do have an opaque shaker bottle)
2) i don't have that much money to get too many ingredients
3) i don't really like dry fruits, nuts or banana, so if possible either cover them a lot or not having them is nice
Please, whatever help is very useful, i really want to, aaaaa
(Also, i don't want to get health problems, so in case thanks if you consider that too, sorry for all the text and thanks truly in case someone answers TwT)
