MitchHedberg:
I think it would be fun to hear what everyone's "fat lifestyle" is like. The basic idea is you give us an idea of an average day in your lifestyle.
For the sake of inclusivity feel free to respond even if you're not fat and just want to share, but the goal of this post is definitely to gain insight into the fat life (can also be useful for anyone that wants to emulate a lifestyle that's fatter than theirs)
So here's the format
Are you intentionally gaining weight:
Do you gain weight every year:
Weight:
Size:
Avg calories per day:
Avg # of meals per day:
Typical meals eaten on average day:
Exercise amount:
Laziness level:
Relationship with food:
So for me a response would like like this
...........................................................
Are you intentionally gaining weight: Not currently
Do you gain weight every year: My weight has plateaued naturally
Weight: 200lbs
Size: Chubby
Avg Calories per day: 2200
Avg # of meals per day: 3
Typical meals:
- turkey sandwich
- buckwheat, veggies and chicken
- snack assortment/dessert meal late at night
Exercise amount: 1hr walk and sometimes weight lifting
Laziness level: Not very lazy, will travel up and down stairs frequently, don't often look for excuses to be sedentary
Relationship with food:
I mostly eat when I'm hungry but I snack for pleasure. I sometimes eat to improve my mood when I'm down.
What's your lifestyle look like?
I love this idea!
So I’m currently trying to gain weight and become really big and huge. So here are my answers.
Are you intentionally gaining weight: Yes, slowly and deliberately. I’m not trying to get huge overnight, I just enjoy the process of filling out over time.
Do you gain weight every year: Pretty much. Usually somewhere around 5-10 lbs a year depending on how motivated I am.
Weight: 180 lbs
Size: average
Avg calories per day: I don’t really count them.
Avg # of meals per day: 3 meals plus snacks.
Typical meals eaten on average day:
* Big breakfast with pancakes, eggs, salads, yogurt, and coffee.
* Burger, fries, and a lot of junk food for lunch.
* Afternoon snacks like chips, cookies, nuts, ice cream, or leftovers.
* Large dinner (pizza, pasta, barbecue, or takeout).
* Dessert while watching Netflix before bed.
Exercise amount: Very little. I walk when I have to and occasionally do something active with friends, but I don’t have a workout routine anymore.
Laziness level: I’d say moderately lazy. As I got heavier I naturally became more comfortable spending evenings on the couch or at my desk. I don’t avoid moving completely, but convenience usually wins.
Relationship with food: Food has become one of my favorite parts of the day. Growing up I ate pretty normally, but in my twenties I started appreciating good food a lot more. I like trying restaurants, ordering extra sides, and having dessert even when I’m already full. Eating is relaxing, comforting, and something I genuinely look forward to. I don’t feel guilty about enjoying it, and watching myself slowly get bigger has become part of the fun. My wardrobe has changed a few sizes over the years, my belly is noticeably rounder than it used to be, and I actually like the softer, heavier build I’ve grown into. But of course I still have a long road ahead.
I should also mention that I’m currently dating a female feeder who absolutely loves my appetite and enjoys encouraging my weight gain. She’s an amazing cook, so it’s a pretty great combination!
