Not a lift but... I've been dancing lately and theres a section of our dance where im meant do kind of like a trust fall into another dancer, then they bring me back up, and I offered to switch but she said she had it and maneuvered my body in the movement! She definitely struggled a little, but she has like the traditional ballerina body, so shes probably less than half my weight! Honestly it has been kinda wild practicing and doing that fall then lift with her!
