Has anyone else found themselves hitting that point of momentum where it’s like rolling down a hill? That has to be my favorite feeling.
For example, I plateau for a bit and find myself needing to increase my regular intake in order to gain. Then after I do, I hit that cycle of reinforcement. I’m eating more, which makes me gain weight, which makes me hungrier, then eat more, and then I’m gaining momentum and suddenly I’m rolling down the hill again. Gaining faster the next week than I did the week before.
