Fat experiences

I'm up 30 pounds and noticed my butt looks huge in the mirror. Has anyone else had that moment where you see yourself in the mirror and not realize a body part was "that" big

I've had some shocking moments seeing myself in some mirrors in public over the last couple of weeks. I've gotten used to seeing myself in my own mirrors in my own home, but out and about... it is clear to me that I'm really getting chunky. It's a real thrill.

Honestly when I gained to my biggest I hadn’t realised as I wore comfy clothes working from home. I knew I’d gained a bit and avoided mirrors and cameras (I wasn’t active in this scene then and still repressing it)

I remember catching myself walking into the room with tighter undergarments on and couldn’t believe it. I did just stop for a moment and take everything in. I truly waddled like a fat person, I was leaning back slightly to accommodate my stomach. And my arms jutted out to the side. I was truly in shock.

Those moments are mad! It wasn’t long after I came back here and found my people again 😝

I simply just feel more filled out and confident having a big belly versus being skinny for so long in my adulthood. It’s like a part of me was missing 👍😁 My wife and I are gaining together and enjoy a good session of belly rubs all the time 👍
