How much have you ever regained after losing some weight?

It’s always nice to read about folks who regained a lot after losing some measure of weight. I’m on a small regain myself, now at about 40 pounds gained back after a few surgeries had me down to 180. And I didn’t even break 150 until I was in my thirties! My wife became fat after her first two children were born and had lost a few here and there before we got together almost 10 years ago. She was about 270 when we married in 2017 and is now 360.

How much have you ever regained after losing some weight?

Until 2015 I had gained from 171lbs to around 272lbs but my diet and lifestyle was shit. So I had a major medical warning from my endocrinologist and started dieting and exercising.

That came with a major depressive phase since I just started to like my body and then I had to "lose" it again.

I lost around 60lbs in roughly one and a half years and felt miserable. So I fixed my diet once again, kept the muscle building routine and now I'm a lovely 334lbs. ❤️

How much have you ever regained after losing some weight?

I was a very skinny guy and wanted to gain weight. I ended up being fat for several years after eating my way up from 165 lbs to 231 lbs. After a few years, I decided to lose weight and got down to 190 lbs. However, I stopped going to the gym and found myself craving a lazy, comfortable life again, which meant climbing back up to 231 lbs. At first, I didn’t want to be fat, but I eventually grew to like having a heavy body and gained weight up to 278 lbs.

How much have you ever regained after losing some weight?

I lost from 250ish to 170ish and maintained that for a few years before gaining to around 270. Then I got back down to around 200 before I regained it all and more again, not sure I see myself getting below the 280-290 range again
