Fat experiences

Everytime I see a chair with armrests at the doctor's for example I know, it's gonna range from slightly inconvenient to uncomfortable.

Last time at my general practitioner I lifted the chair up involuntarily when I got called and had to push it down by hand.

Lately I've noticed that I've been getting out of breath a little bit if I have to walk from my machine to the front of the office. That's something new to me and I love it haha.
