Clothes padding

Wow, this conversation will be thrilling to watch and observe in person happening live. Right now it's only happening in my head.

I have had the idea to try to make a ballistic gel suit. But the time, space, and materials to pull it off...

I did a quick one at work today it was fun, almost broke the buttons off of my work shirt 😜

I know this thread hasn't been updated in sooo long, but I'm really thinking about this lately so I will give it a go! I wonder if there's anyone still active in the padding community who also tried this before, and how was their experience (:

I think I'll start small and just add some padding on my front and back to go out to shopping. Any advice?

Start small and comfortable a mall that is a bit away from your house or a movie is a great place to start

I go out padded regularly. It's been a few weeks due to warm weather (75F is my upper limit), but as temps start to cool for fall, I'll probably be going out dressed up at least 2-3 times a month.

When I first started a couple years ago, I would go to the movies and the mall. It was awesome! An incredible rush! 😃

Nothing to really add here except to say that this is literally how I started. Just a little belly padding at first to go to the grocery store or whatever. Gradually went bigger and bigger. Just be careful, it's a slippery slope! Now when I go out it's with 6ish gallons of base gel as a belly

I guess I've never considered going out like that... I'm not sure I would get the same rush!
