Man gains to grow a new yoga ball for his partner. Could be it's own thing or tied into a sympathy weight story.
Similar to your model idea nternet diet trend where women feed boyfriends to lose weight.
A world where women outnumber men and men are pampered pets or spoilt aristocrats.
BBW loses weight by taking lactation pills that cause her to produce high fat milk. This has to go somewhere.
