If a feedee gets to the point her weight is crippling or threatens to be, and she's unwilling to cut back on the snacks, what's her feeder supposed to do? Drop her like a hot rock? Lock her in the basement and feed her 1000 calories a day?

@AskDrFeeder No one should eat until they are too obese to walk around, use the bathroom by themselves and clean themselves. Feederism is cool but only to a limited extent. You should discourage the feedee if it is reaching the point of being crippling.

Yeah, there's a big difference between "too stuffed to sit up" and becoming a medical case outside of Role Playing and/or the sexy talk/flirting. If you want to pretend, use padding. A degree of inflation (done safely!) is also a viable substitute/simulation.
