I dont really have one, nor does my wife. I know my wife is gaining, but thinks she may not be able to pass 120kg. if she does, great. As for me, i struggle to put on weight
1st goal was 250, as i have a fast metabolism, though my next goal is 300... currently at 247 & have tasted the other side, but can't seem to keep from dropping lower
could have somethin to do w/ livin in my parents house, no job, & minimal support
My short term goal is to get to 80 kg, which would make me officially overweight for the first time in my life. If I like it, will probably try for 85.
I have a naturally small appetite though so I'm finding the overeating that I've been doing this week to be a real struggle. Have managed 7000 excess calories in 4 days so far.
