Here's a few things you can do;
1. Eat large breakfasts and large dinners *larger than normal anyway* and gradually increase the portions in these meals. Over time this will increase your capacity *slow*
2. Drink lots of water, but not all at once...it's important to be aware of water intoxication. Water cycles out of your digestive system quickly, and so it's easier to increase your capacity this way. Though be sure you have eaten something high in minerals or salt before doing this, and I wouldn't suggest that it be done more than three times in a day.
