I think they were being curious. But at the same time maybe trying to be considerate in case you had a medical condition. Was this a person meeting you for the first time ever? In your case you have had a beautiful gain of nearly 80 lbs this year alone. And almost 135 lbs in 2 years. It's wonderful! Maybe this person is a secret FA!

Depending on how well you know each other then he's either rude or very attracted to you.
Or just curious. Whenever I see a young woman like yourself. And one who just looks astoundingly beautiful. I always wonder what she looked like a year ago. Or 3 Years ago.
