Once you have kids you have additional responsibilities and you have to make some sacrifices for them. I straight think she shouldn't be doing this if its going to be a detriment to them.
I see your point but she also said she wasn't able to control her weight. She got up to 500 without wanting to.
Maybe just letting go is the best way for her to deal with it. I don't know.
