I want to start gaining and I am fairly lean now. I did gain alot a while back, but I ended up losing the fat, however, when I still had the extra weight, I had a hard belly. I want a nice, soft, flabby belly, and maybe even some big man boobs.
I do not know what to eat and how to put the weight on this way though. I also don't want to just eat shit and give myself loads of health problems. I mean of course I'd very much like to eat junk food, and I do plan on it, but I don't want something like McDonalds for every meal. But I would like to put the weight on quick, because I kinda like stretch marks haha.
