Revisiting this thread after a long long long time!
Years ago when I was intentionally gain and awfully close to my all time heaviest, I went to Bed Bath & Beyond a few times after completely stuffing myself with several drive thru’s at lunch in my dress shirt and slacks, and go to the scale section and take the displays off the display shelf put them down and weigh my fattened self. Surprising that they all seemed to weigh slightly different some more some less, while towards the end a sales girl came over. I was shocked at first and then played it up, I must have looked huge with my big gut straining the buttons on my dress short with gaps between them. The short hadn't fit for months and certainly now with my overfed gut, the sales girl grabbed another scale down and said try this one, i stepped on and it rang up to 271 pounds which happened to be higher than most. I just stood there with my massive gut as she was fixated on the scale and i said wow, this must be wrong. She grabbed another one down and i stepped on it and this one said 272, I said i guess it is true and i have gained a lot of weight. To my surprise, she said what did you think you weighed? I said i wasn't sure, bit the last time i weighed myself i was 220 pounds. She said, yea that is quite a difference. I said I dont think I want to buy one, because I have a feeling the number is going to keep going up and I dont want to be reminded. She laughed and said have a good day. I gotta imagine she has probably told the story many time of the business guy that was in denial of his massive gut and how Fat he got. I was so aroused thinking it about that event for the rest of the night while I continued to stuff myself thinking I was hoping to see her again when I went back in two months weighing an extra 20-30 pounds and do the same thing for her.
